The cashier bailey helped me out today with finding my fall jacket, I was really impressed with her customer service skills, how genuinely kind she was. Thank you for taking the time to call another store for me to find the woods jacket. I'm still very happy with my north face one, got a killer deal on it too. Will be returning in the future. Good selection of women's training shoes and sports bras. Knowledgable and helpful staff although when I used the changeroom, the staff person disappeared. They only have one women's Gortex training shoe at this location but it had amazing reviews and I purchased them. The selection of various clothing was great and there are lots of sales going on. I'll be back!

Waterdown store and staff are great. However dealing with the corporate customer service has been an absolute disaster. Every online order has required multiple calls about a number of issues.
I just got back from visiting the Sport Chek in Waterdown for the first time ever. I came in with my loud, chaotic, curious and stinky children to get them some desperately-needed new shoes. The man who assisted us upon arrival was accepting and unafraid of the mess I just brought in. I had no idea what sizes of shoes I needed. He was very patient with helping me understand the sizing, and he graciously went back and forth to grab the various sizes that I needed to try for each kid. I'm sad that I did not look at his name tag! Thank you for your help and patience. It goes a long way.
