Lousy. Took our deposit for bareroot roses and promised delivery in September/October. Didn't ship until middle of december, when it was too late to successfully plant. We lost all of the plants. Got nowhere with them - wouldn't replace, or admit they hadn't kept their promise. Crooks. Followup: They admitted (finally, sort of) that they had not kept their word about shipping when the roses were promised - which caused all to die. What did they do? Offer to replace at half price plus shipping....and asked if we would note the date of the transaction. Dishonest and unprofessional.

I started dealing with Hortico 3 years ago. I am obsessed with Peace roses. Hortico has a lovely array of top quality bare stick roses that become magnificent plants. I post them online and even a florist has complimented me. These are professional quality. The service is excellent.
Great selection and good prices. Excellent customer service. Bought some native plants for my garden from Hortico. Pickup was easy and the plants were healthy. Happy with my purchase and will definitely consider buying from them again!
Always great service and great prices. The plants are top notch, in fact even when the post office lost my package for a week Hortico's plants are of such top quality that they all have pulled through and are thriving. Thanks again for a great spring planting and talk to you again next year.
