Our church's experience with wm practices has been terrible. #1 - When our contract was up, wm started charging us over 5 times (** INSANE **) what we should have been paying. This was several hundreds of dollars each month. When we tried to go with another company, wm said that our contract was automatically renewed since we didn't give them notice of termination 90 to 180 days prior to the contract term end date. (** BAD PRACTICE **) #2 - We renewed the contract since it appeared we had no choice. We signed for about the same price we originally had. However, for about three or four (** FRUSTRATING **) months wm was charging us way above that. Finally, it was all cleared up. #3 - Lately, we started noticing that WM was slowing increasing our prices. In the past two months alone, there were two increases. They applied the increases and didn't even tell us know ahead of time they were going to do that. The customer agent at wm said she couldn't rollback the increases and said those price increases were allowed under the contract. I don't agree. One reason she gave was that we didn't state our objections to the price increases within thirty days. (** UNFAIR **) #4 - I emailed the customer agent at wm twice but she ignored my emails. I left a message on wm's \contact us form\ online but didn't get any response back. After two attempts calling into wm, I was able to speak to someone at wm, who transferred my call to the customer agent who had previously ignored my emails. (** FRUSTATING **). #5 - All in all, I feel wm's practices have been less than honest. I get the feeling the company is relying on the customer not paying too close attention to the contract and monthly invoices. I also get the feeling the company is trying to wear down the customer, so that the customer will give in.

I see the wm guys often at tim hortons on united blvd and they are good and respectful. People don't realize the value of all essential service workers in the industry who bust their tails during this merciless foreign killer pandemic and more. Thanks to all.

Called the lower mainland number from the website and got someone in Ontario who had to transfer me back to BC.

They set the standard for safety and are very well know across Canada.

Called 5 different phone numbers to get to BC customer service but no luck. One week can not get them to schedule a pickup. This company is waste of time. Do not lock yourself in to contract with them.
