Only giving one star since zero is not an option. Went in for a screen replacement on a black iPhone 5s. While doing repair the technician broke my home button (he even admitted he broke it in front of multiple witnesses including the owner, a coworker and my nieces) and replaced with a temporary white button. This made my finger print lock no longer usable. He said when I requested they repair it they would call when they had the correct button type but didn't offer to fix the fingerprint lock. I returned multiple times and left requests for management or the owner to call about fixing the issue. Didn't get a call back until a week later by a manager and was told they would be doing nothing to repair my fingerprint lock. Even the manager said it would be reasonable to expect them to fix it but the owner had said it was not his policy to repair damages caused by his employees. Requested a call back from the owner. The manager said would have him do so in the next few minutes. It has been days and he still has not called. Still have not had the button replaced with the correct color/type. I do not recommend using this repair place.

Horrible experience! I took my phone to be repaired and they said they could fix it for 149 and it would be available in 1 hour. I went back the next day to pick it up and they said they could not fix it! They gave me my phone back with only the battery and sim card. I didn't receive a phone call or anything. The manager was noy very helpful at all! I have I wasted my time and money with this useless place! Will not be returning!
I went in to get my iPhone 6 screen replaced. Amazing price and quick service. Very happy with the service received. Recommend everyone to go here for all of there phone needs.
They don't use certified parts and the 3rd party parts for iphone are horrible. My iphone quit working after a week with a screen replacement. This happened twice with them. The digitizer is bad quality. Go to Apple.
I went to The Wasaga K mobile store and was impressed with the great selection of phone cases and accessories . They are a friendly family run business and they fixed my phone on the spot after I broke my screen. Thanks Muhammad. I would highly recommend this store to anyone.
