We had excellent customer service from the Access storage in Wasaga beach. Lynn did everything she could to help us and was very polite and courteous any time I called. I would highly recommend Access and Wasaga beach.

Fantastic service all around from people at head office to the individuals running set locations. Very polite, very helpful and patient. And great units. But it's the people who make it a great experience.
Jenny at reservations was great- professional, kind and went out of her way to help me find the solution I needed. Lynn at the site as well- I needed quick accommodation and she made it happen. Thank you!! Unit itself was swept clean, easy to find and access.
Good condition buildings, clean and secure. Snowplow leaves some snow along the bottom had some snow ingress but nothing major.
Very satisfied with condition of the unit and the whole location. Extremely pleasant and helpful people ( David, Lynn ). If storage needed again, I will be going there straight.
