I needed to replace one of my CO sensors and after calling around in Sarnia to no avail, I called Rona in Wallaceburg and the Lady who I spoke to was of really great assistance. So after the super help she gave me, I chose to take a rip to that store and give them the sale.

Never had an issue with Rona service, until today. Our neighbour had seen a patio we built, and asked for help building one in his yard. My spouse went with him to Rona to get the materials, as we have the vehicle to load. The shift in service with our neighbour there, unbelievable. Staff has always been super helpful and friendly. My boyfriend could not believe how much differently they treated him with our neighbour there. Now would be the time to mention our neighbour isn't white. Might not have been the reasoning...but kind of odd EVERY employee treated my boyfriend differently in previous visits, than the one today. If someone is supporting your store.. show them some appreciation and respect.
