I find that the staffing very friendly and helpful. Always willing to extend ther help out to our community in almost every area. If you are not a member of BMO, don't you think it is time to smarten up. Just kidding around but really I do find that the this bank is top notch and I can respect that. If I could give 0 stars I would the financial planner there is horrible. She moved over 6000 of my money to a different account without my permission and when I alerted the bank nothing was done. How is it legal for for her to stop my transaction and move the money somewhere else without consiquences. Even head office didn't care and I found out from others this isn't the first time they've done this.

4 stars. More for the staff than the bank itself. Heard lots of bad about bmo in general but everyone at this location has been great
