My experience with this company was horrible, putting my elderly mother in their medical alert care program was the worst thing i have ever done. They screwed up several emergency calls at the call center and refused to take any responsibility or offer any apology for their mistakes. Who does not call the police when a robbery alarm goes off, but instead calls elderly members of the call tree to respond and then says that the call came from her account but actually originated from another city across the province. Horrible horrible service!
