Terrific customer service and speedy shipping! Lucy personally called me to tell me about an item that was sold out, and offered other items to replace it. I guess that would be my only gripe, that sold-out items were still available for purchase, but nobody's perfect! It happens! I ordered near the end of the day, and Lucy was already working on it the next morning at 9am! Fantastic service.
