Telehealth has been a phenomenal provider for every family, especially to it's well-accomodating representative, and to it's patients. It's a must for everything health upkeeping. Outstanding quality of attentiveness and understanding to all manners of interactions most all. Keep being dope and show these other services how it's immaculately done! Happy new year!!! Stay safe!
Right idea. Wrong execution. I got an appointment for within an hour on a Friday evening which was great. Dr called me directly on the phone instead of zoom about 40 minutes early which was unexpected but not a problem. She said a requisition for a test would be emailed to me that night so I could get a test first thing the next morning. No requisition was sent. And no way to get back to Viva Care Telehealth! No email, phone never answered and voicemail is full. (which looking at other review, this sounds like a common experience). If the followup had worked with the requisition, this rating would have been high.
Don't waste your time - I booked an appointment for 8:30 am and now it is 11am and the doctor is nowhere to be found. I tried 5 times to phone the clinic, there is no proper voice message system and nobody picked the phone. Very bad experience.
Had an appointment with Dr. Choi. 2 hours past my scheduled time and she still hasn't showed up. Glad this is online and not in the clinic.
