I was at Visions for the Black Friday sales. Went there to get a remote starter, which was on sale. Unfortunately, when i got home after 5 hours and was trying the remote i saw scratches and it seemed worn out. I emailed them with some pictures, then called them. I was told that, it still has the plastic film on it. No it doesn't. I was told that maybe it got scratched with my other keys. No, my other keys are on a separate key chain. To anyone reading this review, does that remote starter appear new to you ? I do not know what happened, how i ended up with a used product, but I am very disappointed. Will definitely not be doing business with Visions again. Can't be trusted !

Purchase a appliance package from Visions St Albert in December 2020. The staff were very helpful and great to deal with. When the appliances were delivered I was able to speak with John who assisted in all questions and concerns. Great location to deal with and will definitely go back to them for any future electronic purchases. Thank you all for the great service you provided.

Great experience down at visions! Had some questions to do with car starters and speakers and their salesman Diego was a wealth of knowledge. He went above and beyond to explain to me all the differences, advantages, and disadvantages of each product. Very patient and helpful, will come again.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER RECEIVED! I emplore people to be very, very careful when purchasing products from Visions Electronics. I purchased a security system under the impression I could return it if it was not up to my standards (which it was not) based on the employees emphasis on their 15 day return 100% satisfaction guarantee. What they DON'T mention is all the restrictions because, it's only on their receipt after the purchase has been made. And if you look at the receipt you can see that their restrictions are on probably 90% of their product which is absolutely comical. The manager at this location was polite but essentially just a cog in the machine repeating the same thing over and over. "I'm just following the policy head office sets in place." As a manager you should be able to think for yourself and do what's best to ensure your store/company looks good and can work with the customer. This was not achieved. I tried getting ahold of head office and kept on getting hung up on as I was sent around from one person to another. After I confronted them how they could advertise 100% satisfaction guarantee and full refund within 15 days in their stores when it's clearly not true the representative told me he's hanging up now. To be honest, I replied with an explicit hahaha. I am stuck with a product that doesn't meet my standards and feel scammed into have purchasing the product from visions electronics. Life lesson learned that cost me 550.00 but, for anyone who reads this please ask about return policies on the products you are about to purchase before you pay.

Had an amazing experience at Visions today, sales staff and management were excellent and very helpful knowledgabke and friendly and pointed us into the right direction immediately-not wasting our time. 5 stars for sure. Great location, parking was good and they had every product I needed. Awesome job guys.
