He really took his role seriously in providing great customer service and providing me with a great solution to resolve my situation. Also taking the time to make sure everything was functional with my laptop before I left to potentially save me another visit to the store. Overall I had a good experience here. I purchased a speaker set and their curbside pickup was efficient and organized. In the end I did not keep the item and I appreciated that they did not give me a hassle over returning it and provided a full refund. This gives me confidence to shop here in the future, and I'll try here first before the American big box stores. Thanks Visions.

I visited this Vaughan branch ready to buy a 3.4 cu ft. freezer that was on sale for 168. Chris G helped me to check stock but the model I was looking for was sold out. He checked with Brampton branch but was placed on hold. On his initiative, he checked for other models and found a 3.5 cu ft. In stock that was also on sale for 188. He even offered to sell for the lower price point of the original model that I was looking for. Amazing experience! Chris G went above and beyond to complete this sale. Thank you!
