Been in several different locations and I can tell you with confidence that Med in the Langley B.C location displayed a very impressive skill set regarding product knowledge and customer service. I will be more than happy to stay with Med and Visions for my audio / visual needs moving forward.

A few months ago, I was passing by Langley and I needed some help with with my sound system (amp) suddenly turned off while driving! I went into the car audio dept but the no one seems to be there to assist me for a bit... When the staff finally showed up, they didn't even want to get off their chair to take a look at the issue since they said that the it wasn't installed by them. I understand if the installation wasn't done by them but all of the parts in my car was Visions products (still under warranty) that i got from another store and I could have been more open into an upgrade

We dealt with Med at Visions Langley and had a great experience. When we originally visited the store, we got passed off by another sales representative, and Med jumped in to answer all our questions and help us with whatever we needed. Med was upfront, honest, and fun to deal with. His customer service made the experience a good one. One of the items we purchased was not in stock and he personally picked it up for us and brought it to the Langley location. Thanks for the great deal and impeccable customer service Med, we'll be visiting you for our next purchase without a doubt!

The staff are beet friendly and helpful there. From time to time they have excellent deals for a wide range of electronic products. You just need to check it out regularly.

Came here from the Surrey location to pickup an item set aside for me. When I arrived, the sales representative suggested a better and more updated version of the product I wanted to buy for only a fraction more. It turns out that his suggestion was useful because this particular product turned out to be even better than I imagined. This sales representative even offered a greater discount on the already marked down price which was greatly appreciated.
