Excellent service and quality! Virtuoso installed a Tesla Wall Connector in our garage. The cable was buried neatly, and both ends of the connections was clean and discrete. All employees I dealt with were fantastic, James the sales rep was readily available to answer all my questions and came back with a quote that met my needs, without pressure to up-sell me to a panel upgrade like with some competitors. The engineers and technicians arrived on site on time and finished the job within a day (was quoted two days), they were professional and kept me in the loop at all times during the work. Virtuoso didn’t require payment until the work passed city inspection, definitely gives the sense they stand behind their work and will fix any problems before they take your money. My only critique is that they didn’t accept credit cards for payment. Very impressed overall, would recommend them for any electrical work needed!

Virtuoso is a five star team. They are dynamic and knowledgeable. We had the great pleasure of working with them on our 109 year old Historic Cottage School as we made a leap forward to solar power for our building. They took care of every detail and made the change over professionally and without any issues.
The installation of the panels went fairly smooth despite the snowfalls during the application. Management was very helpful in explaining the processes and procedures to a full completion. Now just waiting to se the savings over the next few years . Great job guys/gals! I will and have recommended to friends of the professionalism they have shown.
I had the pleasure of working with Gursh Bal, great knowledge guy. I was making decisions between two organizations and Gursh offerd me an option which upfront was little bit more expensive. But when I shared my concern, he went into detail as why this would be more more value for my money in a longer period of time. I took more than few months to post this review to check on the customer service and follow up and I was not disappointed. Over all I am very thankful to Virtuoso energy and especially to Gursh for helping me out on project.
We are very pleased with the work done by Virtuoso Energy on our solar panel installation. Gursh's initial presentation highlighted everything we needed to know about solar panels along with the most financial benefit to pay off the system. Frances helped with all the paperwork. Azfer kept us informed and was kind enough to expedite the installation. Tanner was committed to fixing a minor issue during the installation and ended up working 12-hour shifts to get our system up and running. Kai came by to help us set up the software afterwards for monitoring and answered all of our questions. After the installation we ran into a pigeon problem. Azfer was able to get the guards installed within days after we made the request. Virtuoso Energy delivered all their commitments and handled all the permits and paperwork flawlessly. We highly recommend Virtuoso's service and staff. We would not hesitate to use their service again.
