My experience at this store was 100% positive based on the exceptional customer service of the reps. The help Ciera gave me with my new iPhone purchase exceeded my expectations in every way. Her technical knowledge (and that of the other reps at that store), was really impressive and allowed me to walk out of the store with all my issues solved which was a great feeling. These reps have a ‘can do’ attitude and work as a team to provide outstanding service. They like what they do and it shows. Thank you so much Ciera for your amazing help and professional service!

Austin was so friendly and genuine and most importantly knowledgeable. Had a great experience getting a new phone. Had some trouble when I got home and called store to make an appointment. Austin was very apologetic though it wasn’t his fault! Came in for appointment and Austin was just finishing up with another customer so his co-worker (forgot to get her name) helped fix my problem. They had spoken about it and so she knew what to do. Great down to earth staff who know their stuff and would definitely recommend Virgin Mobile Bay Centre location!

The crew onsite is incredible! Specifically, Austin and Victoria; these two go above and beyond to provide exceptional customer service support with humor, grace and integrity. Patient with the multitude of questions I asked, explaining the myriad of options available to my specific circumstances and in general, just super dope people. I highly recommend lovingly harassing this pair for all of your cellular queries and needs. Treat them well, folks. These are two are awesome 10/10 will bring these two cookies there next time I'm in the area

I can honestly say that I've experienced the best customer service experience I've ever had here. Here I am in a bind, trying to find a place to live on E.I, with no extra income, walking into Virgin Mobile after my phone got run over by a car. My sales rep was Austin, and he was super friendly and cheerful as soon as I walked in and explained my situation. I was eligible for a device with a deposit, and he hooked me up with a really decent plan, but due to a technical error transferring from a prepaid plan to a monthly plan, the deposit increased by more than double after they were forced to restart the application. Austin spent the better part of two hours trying to resolve this issue for me, both him and his coworker Evan provided good conversation while on hold with the customer service team. Austin was diligent in informing me exactly what was going on. He was patient, professional, and I didn't mind the wait at all! Unfortunately, not much could be done, so I ended up heading home to search for another option. I received a message from a friend who said my name had been called over the intercom to go to the Guest Services desk, so I called from my roommate's phone to see what was going on; I was then forwarded to Virgin Mobile. Lo and behold, Austin and Evan were still working on a solution. They asked me to come back to the store if possible, so I returned. They spent another hour on the phone, and were able to get me a new contract and a device! I was absolutely shocked that these two went above and beyond to provide such amazing customer service, it made my whole week brighter in a pretty bleak time. Thanks so much, you guys! You have no idea how much you've helped me.

Ask for Victoria. With diligence and persistence she corrected a major error made by Virgin and saved me over 300.00 and helped me get my phone back and running. I don't think I've received more effective customer service. She was also personable and friendly during what was almost an hour long session of phone calls and being on hold etc. She also took notes and made a point to clarify the situation with Virgin once everything had been settled. She made a handwritten copy of those notes for me. If you happen to stop by this Virgin Mobile outlet be sure to ask for Victoria as she'll be both incredibly effective and pleasant to talk to. One of the best customer service experiences I've ever had. Maybe the best?
