Sam, the store manager, was absolutely exceptional! Very attentive, ensured that my mother was taken care of throughout the whole process! Very educated as well. I highly recommend seeing Sam at the Virgin Mobile Kiosk at Devonshire mall Windsor! Thank you Sam!

Bought a cell and a screen protector. The customer service was exceptionally rude. The kid told me he is doing me a favour installing the screen protector for me when argued, He said you can come out he will show me. What a mess!! Had to complain about him to virgin. Luckyly I had d receipt with his name on.

I was set up with Unlimited Text and Calls plan; meanwhile I just got charged 300 because apparently I went over my minutes ?! Now Virgin is covering their a*s by adding a note onto my account that a text message has been send to my number notyfing me that I went over my minutes 50 ?! ... I never received either e-mail; or text message ... Virgin Customer Service is treating Customers like they're stupid !! Would NEVER reccomend them; and I'm switching my provider

If I had the option to give this company zero stars I would. Huge waste of money. They have the worst customer service that I have ever experienced in my whole life. Money was taken from me and not returned. I was double billed and paid the bill then told they could not refund money but it would show on next bill as a credit and that never happened. When I called I was told they had no idea what I was talking about. So my bank I guess lied and just gave them money. Then they told me two weeks later they mailed out a cheque which I never received but thats my loss again. They have outages all the time and if you go over data on your phone from their internet outage they will charge you insane costs and still charged me for internet I was never receiving and the same lines that a credit will show on next bill only to have the new bill come and owing for the previous month I still didnt receive internet. I wouldn't waste your time dealing with this shady company.

I had a good experience overall, but the customer executive gave me an expensive deal on my phone. He could have given me a better deal.
