Was a customer for 7 yrs then needed to get a new SIM and was put through hassle after hassle by customer service people who did not listen to me. Had to cancel my account and go with another carrier.
Great company switched from SaskTel to these Virgin. Virgin gave me a better phone, a better plan and better treatment.
Very helpful and knowledgeable. The sales lady was very, very helpful. She asked what we needed in a phone and wasn't afraid to suggest what she really thought. This was unlike some places which try to show you the latest model and coolest gadget. She was very knowledgeable and wrote everything out for us so we could think about it. I never felt like she was trying to upsell us for the sake of a commission. I hadn't ever thought about switching from Sasktel, but she convinced me that Virgin Mobile was the way to go!
