As of Nov. 5 2019 They are Closed. One of the Last Video Store in Toronto gone. There always will be those that can not be Streamed or found online. Then they will know why a Video Store is needed for the Public. It is a sad day. Hey Bill it was good to meet with you. See you after things are settled with you. Take care. Jack K.

I thought I added my review, however, it seems that it did not post. My apologies. Here is my review. We have been customers of Videoflicks since 1992. We rent movies on a regular basis because they have the best movie selection in the city, and the best, best, best foreign movies ever! The current movies are usually 2 day rental, and the older movies are 5 day rental. Worth the money and time you spend in the store. Staff is very knowledgeable and they usually do a thorough review of all the movies in the store. BTW, you get free popcorn! Yummy.

Great service, and the best selection anywhere in Toronto. If you want that video store experience (that was rarely as good as this place is), this is your BEST CHOICE, period. There isn't a streaming service that can match this store's selection. A tribute to better times.

You're always made to feel very welcome here and they have a great selection of movies that you constantly search Netflix for and can never find.

Great store with great people. Go and support your local video stores if you can!

Was walking down the street and saw this place and decided to check it out. Since the closing of Blockbuster, these kind of places are far less common and accessible. With technology progressing and more time spent away from face to face interaction, places like these are really important. I've only been here once but I already began to see the scene of community a place like this offers. After taking a look at the shops wide variety of selection, I began chatting with the owner for a short while. Super nice guy. If you're ever in the area or are interested in going back to the Blockbuster days, check this place out.

Excellent as before the ownership change. Time will tell if the curated lists and recommendations are as valuable. Many of the previous staff were enthusiastic and knowledgeable.
