James is great! He seems to have a natural talent, an innate sense, for what his client needs. I recently had my first ever coaching session with him, and although I didn't know what to expect before our session began, I was immediately impressed with his professionalism and insight. James was an absolute pleasure to work with. I have to point out that this is my first time ever interacting with a coach so sharing career and life goals with a total stranger can be a little daunting. James made me feel very comfortable right from the start of the session when I was just looking at the map where to go and James was standing there on the other side of the road with a smile on his face.
