We had a few thousand dollars of varied doors on order and were repeatedly told they would be here on day X. That day would drift by and be revised for weeks then months. We called the manufacturer who at one point said they were at their site and would get back to us. They never returned our calls and we still had no doors. This is before COVID and on a million dollar renovation. The even more disturbing part was that the delivery information we received was from management not just staff. Hopefully Windsor has sorted themselves out after this but be careful.

My rating is a bit late, but I had purchased a front door with installation last September 2019 I believe. The help with selecting the door was excellent, they gave me lots of choices and the help me understand the different products available and price points. The installation with Steve was top notch. He was a pleasure to deal with and the door looks fantastic. I highly recommend there service, great job !
I was searching for a replacement door sweep that had a bit of an unusual design. I contacted a number of different door and home improvement stores and was told they didn't have what I was looking for. I called Windsor Plywood and ended up speaking to Sandy. She told me they didn't have what I wanted, but she added she would hunt down a supplier and get me what I was looking for. That same day she called me back and told me she was successful. Great customer service for a part that cost so little!
