I ordered a photo from the recent collection. It arrived within a week and was all packaged for me and ready to go. I love the photograph! Would buy from Winchester again.
I live in the US and contacted Winchester Galleries about acquiring a David Blackwood piece. Despite other galleries that were closer to me geographically, I simply liked the professionalism of their team. They were amazingly responsive and knowledgeable, and every individual I spoke with was exceptional. What is even more remarkable is that I purchased the piece in mid December and hoped to receive it in time for Christmas, even though the timing was tight.. Winchester Galleries bent over backwards to see that I received the artwork by Christmas despite the international shipping hurdles. One of the finest galleries in Canada and in fact on the entire West Coast. Beautiful gallery space (with a nice coffee shop/bakery next door). An impeccable selection of modern master artists and quality historical art. We are lucky to have Winchester in BC.
