I had a 14 carat gold chain repaired approximately 2 years ago. The clasp was broken and replaced. I paid a good amount to have it replaced and then it recently broke. I didn't feel comfortable with my last repair so I took it into another jeweler for repair and found out that the clasp they repaired it with was gold plated and not pure gold for which I was charged for. I DO NOT TRUST this store! BEWARE!

DO NOT GO HERE!!! They will rip you off if they can. They do not know how to properly test gold and silver properly and will give you a low offer. I was unhappy with the way I was treated so went down to Old and Gold. They have proper equipment to test without filing or scratching your jewelry and gave me a much better price.
