I went into the store on the off chance they could do something to fix the snaps on the bottom of my leather chaps (HD chaps, not bought at Weavers). The snaps were all loose and falling off but difficult to access due to the way they were put on. The manager (forget her name but lovely lady), took the time while I was there to replace all the loose/damaged snaps and the cost was very reasonable. While waiting, the other employee was very informative about the offerings of the store, without being pushing or overselling. They have an amazing selection of all things motorcycle! Great place, I will definitely be providing return business and recommend this store to anyone looking for gear or repairs.

Bought an Oxford Jacket from this retailer and everything started out very well. I even registered the jacket to warranty against manufacturer defects.. Then parts of it started unraveling at the seams. I took the jacket back and Weavers graciously repaired it for me. The a few month later it happened again. I contacted Oxford and they suggested I take the Jacket back to the retailer since my contract is with them. I returned to the store and they said that they would contact their vendor. That was 3 weeks ago! Obviously they don't back up what they sell. I'm not impressed by either Weavers or Oxford.
