I shopped around at all of the competing stores and was won over by both the product line and the helpful staff. Grant, the happy owner, made the shopping experience fun. The rest of the staff and even the no nonsense delivery manager are good to deal with. They build a relationship rather than simply making a one time sale.
From start to finish we were very impressed! It was a refreshing experience when purchasing because we didn’t feel pressured. Once we decided the delivery was scheduled quickly and went amazing!! They helped in every way, including giving us great tips on set up and maintenance. It was pouring rain the day of delivery and they didn’t complain at all, plus they took extra time to even make sure the screws they used matched the wood exterior. It’s the attention to detail that truly made us feel confident in our choice. We highly recommend using Vintage Hot Tubs!
Went in to buy a hot tub, Grant helped me find exactly what I was Looking for and delivered it while my wife and I were away, he even arranged to have it filled and chemicals added so that it was working for when we got back. Great overall experience. I would definitely recommend to others.
