Beautiful studio, beautiful staff! I see Heather for my hair and Bree for my nails and I always leave there feeling like a more beautiful version of myself. Not only is the location nicely situated and furnished but even with all the COVID restrictions it still feels comfortable and welcoming. I really enjoy the time I get to spend here getting pampered by Heather and Bree and the knowledge and experience that both of them bring to the space. Looking forward to seeing you again soon!

Professional, excellent communicator and takes time to understand what you and your hair needs. Heather came highly recommended to me by another stylist after I moved to Victoria, and was looking for someone who knew their way around a head of curly hair. I booked a cut and then the pandemic hit. The way it was handled, the communication, rebooking, and the related process was top notch as well as their approach to reopening once it was safe to do so. I feel safe going there and know that they all care about the shared space and approach with the public. Cannot recommend them enough. Thank you Heather.
I just love all my dealings with Victoria Rose Cosmetics. Erin is my stylist and always takes the time to listen, and to know what I want. I always leave there with a smile on my face. I have also had a Little Black Tat done by Rose. It was my first time and Rose is so professional and made sure I understood the process and felt comfortable. Her attention to detail is amazing. Erin won me over when she did an amazing job on my daughter's hair. She is a talented colorist, wonderful stylist and a sweet person to spend a couple of hours with. The salon is also very nice and all the staff are welcoming. I wouldn't go any where else!
I have nothing but good things to say about Victoria Rose Cosmetic. In 2019, I saw Rose for eyebrow micro-blading in order to masculinize my eyebrows. The space itself is clean, open, bright, and easy to find. Rose talked me through the process from what to expect, to after-care and healing. The process itself was straight-forward, and surprisingly pain-less! I also want to make sure to mention here that this is one of the few times I have felt safe and welcome in a chair. I am a part of the LGBTQ community– more than just one letter, too– and I was able to show up to the appointments authentically as myself. This is a quality that you can't just 'tack on' to a business, or to a person. Ensuring that everyone feels welcome and valued is a core aspect of Victoria Rose Cosmetic. Suffice to say, months and months have passed since my final appointment and my eyebrows look phenomenal. They used to be a big source of insecurity for me, but now my eyebrows perfectly frame my face, and allow me to look just like... me, finally. I would highly recommend Victoria Rose Cosmetic to anyone. Thank you for everything!
