We are located in the brand new Downtown Victoria Public Market in the Hudson building at 1701 Douglas St (corner of Fisgard and Douglas). We're serving up totally scratch-made pie in family, personal and fortwo sizes, all on our tender, flaky butter crust. We always have a selection of sweet and savoury pies inspired by our local farmers' seasonal goods.

Our family absolutely loves this pie shack. It has a cool behind the counter kitchen view from both, above and from the front. There is a great selection of savory and sweet pie which makes it hard to just pick one or two pies. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable about their product. They offer a cooked ready to eat product and a take and bake with instructions for the non culinary type people. We will travel with our cooler from North Island just to fill it up with pies for home style cooking.

Fantastic pie every time I have it, seems like it's home-made. I prefer when they bake it for you instead of take away frozen, it always comes out better. Definitely would recommend.

Today I was lucky to get a delivery of Victoria Pie Co. key lime pie. I've only had their apple hand pies before (AMAZING. Not too sweet, and perfectly flaky pastry) but today was something different for me and I can assure you, it was worth it! This was, by far, the best key lime pie I've ever tasted. Amazing graham crust, and perfectly tangy filling. 10/10 would happily eat again in a heartbeat!
