I was in the market for a later model Hyundai Tucson and was looking up various dealerships on the island and lower mainland for something that would catch my eye. I was fairly specific with what I wanted. I spotted one at Maple Ridge Hyundai but didn’t really want to make the trip over to have a look and a test drive. Then I noticed on your website a page where I could fill in what I was looking for, so I filled it out and mentioned that I had seen a possibility at Maple Ridge Hyundai. Two days later, Dan Houle contacted me and said you could have it brought over for me to see. It arrived at your lot on Thursday, my husband and I came in on Friday for a test drive, and I completed my purchase of my 2019 Tucson on Saturday! I want to say how pleasant an experience it was dealing with your staff! Dan is a great guy and has just the right touch with his customers! Warm and friendly, easy to talk to, informative and follows up with all the little details! Bruce was great at explaining all the financial details and the extended warranty information - lots of fun, too! Val in the insurance department was wonderful to deal with and also very informative. I have to bring the car in for a recall service in a couple of weeks and can only hope the service department is as nice to deal with. I will be having all my warranty service done at your dealership so hope to continue a good relationship with all the staff.
