My car broke down downtown Victoria pretty much right at 5pm on a Friday and I live up in Duncan. I called around to a few places and they all said they were closing till Monday. I called VCM and they calmly told me I can bring it right over. They took a look at the antifreeze pouring out and guessed from just a quick look at where the drip was coming what the problem was. I left it there over the weekend while they were closed and they had it looked at and fixed by end of day Monday for me. It was what they guessed it was and my car hasn’t had issues since. They also gave me a quote on another issue I thought I may have coming up and they got in touch with a local mechanic in Duncan for me. Above and beyond great service. I have a smart car too so not all mechanics work on them, I really lucked out calling them.
Fantastic service for a very reasonable price. Everything is transparent and their quotes are always accurate. Extremely fast service. Very exceptional customer service. VCM has quickly become my go-to mechanic.
