Helen and Garry are really good meditation teachers, with a combined teaching experience of over 30 years. Very kindly, friendly folks, and with a great sense of humor. And the TM centre is such a pleasant place to go, so positive, peaceful. You feel relaxed just being there. After you learn how to meditate, you're welcome to return for regular follow-up group meetings. I often go, and always enjoy them.
