I originally used this company in 2015 to fix a broken window, they were amazing last time however this time I have called, emailed with pictures of the work, talked to different people and still have not heard anything back from them after my discussions to fix and replace some windows. Obvious that they do not need or want the work and makes me wonder what they would be like for warranty work if required. Poor customer/business relations from this company.
