Walked in unsure of what I wanted. The person working offered to put something together for me and asked for my suggested price point. He suggested a bit lower price since it was just a starter for a couple people and I was adding bread and cheese. I can’t make decisions to save my life and this was a great offer! I should really come here more often!

INCREDIBLE curing, delicious flavours! Great customer service. First time buyer but will return often. The Regular pepperoni is good but the DRY PEPP gets 5 stars, perfectly dry & spicy. An amazing place full of superior meats, much made locally but also premium product from around the world. The fuet is a hiking essential! Also, there are mainstay meats that are always there but also a varied selection that is seasonal or one offs. I am always surprised and delighted by the new flavors to try.
