Due to covid, the regular hot tub was closed so we made a time for the spa hot tub. It was extremely difficult to find and the staff seemed irritated to show us where it was. The water at best was luke warm. The parking cost an extra 25 which we had to park underground and walk as nothing was left out front. We ordered music for 10 that skipped so we had to turn it off. They don’t pay attention to details. The clocks were wrong, the sofa was untidy, etc... I could go on. An awful experience and would never recommend!!!

Far and above the best service I've ever received when staying at any hotel, the rooms are beautiful, extremely clean, and spacious. Incredibly impressed and has a lasting impression on me. I'll be coming back in the near future for another fantastic getaway.

Judith was kind and very welcoming answering all my questions and concerns. I also enjoyed the fireplaces in the lobby. Aside from that unless you play golf there does not seem much of a reason to stay this property at the moment. Glad they are making some renovations to improve... hopefully more amenities and benefits will be added. High price and catagory make a stay here not really worth it for the average tourist. Much better value staying at one of the other Marriott properties on the island.
