The lady working was very nice, considerate, and knowledgeable about every product that I had questions about while keeping cost in mind. I left the store with purchases I'm excited about, and each of them are wrapped beautifully as Christmas gifts for me to enjoy opening up when I arrive home. (Her idea. ️) Five stars!

Do not waste your time at this place. First and last time here. Bought new item that was APPARENTLY never used or used as demo. Got it home and the battery cover was broken and sticky gooey finish that will not wipe off. There was even someone else’s fingerprints on it when we opened it at home. Called store to let them know, but too bad, so sad. Was offered 20% off on a new item but will do nothing with this purchase that is not usable. We understand that the nature of products but this should never have been sold in the first place. Dont trust you and will not be back. Consider it a donation with no tax receipt.
Better off ordering things online. Will save a huge amount of money and also be able to read reviews before wasting your money on a toy they say is good but is absolute garbage.
Really unhappy with my experience here unfortunately. The woman did not seem very happy at all!! Almost kind of condescending like I didnt know what I was doing. Not welcoming. Maybe it was just a bad night? But a guy cam in right after me and she was very friendly to him :/ will not go here again. Not to mention the o name\ toys in plastic bags... that's not sketchy at all.
Superb customer service from the manager involving a purchase that was able to be returned to the manufacturer. (obviously not everything can be). You should make all your expensive vibrator purchases here.
