Excellent and friendly service. They even drilled the pole in the perfect spot for my flag. I love it. So worth buying from this flag shop. There is no place that sells what they sell for a better price and it's all great quality. Honest and helpful staff.

My mission was to find my two grandchildren — who live on Vancouver Island’s west coast — charming and quirky gifts to symbolize my cultural and national roots, as indicated by the results of my dna test, as they, too, would likely share many of those rootings. I had with some difficulty rounded up some inspiring items to symbolize the seven cultural influences — always avoiding being nationalistic — and the flag shop in Victoria was the place I planned to wrap up the project. And that I did in a world embracing way with the enthusiastic help of staffer, Freyja. We put together an assortment of pertinent national patch flags, crowning it with the United Nations crest as well as including the First Nations Canada flag created by a First Nations artist from Campbell River. Freyja was terrific, also helpful with shipping arrangements and parcelling. I will be back with other ideas in the future. S Fuller Vancouver.
The Flag Shop has incredibly friendly and helpful staff! They just installed a beautiful flag pole for us at The Cridge Centre for the Family. Paul came and installed it for us to make things even easier! We are very happy with the service we got from them and look forward to using them again!
Wow! Great service and excellent work. They were able to recreate a historical flag based on old images and come up with a beautiful new image- and they did it under a tight timeline. They are so easy to work with, so nice and above all very professional. And they are local!
The Flag Shop offered us a price for a large job that was hundreds of dollars less than what we paid with a competitor. The service is incredible, and the products superior. We are very happy with our experience with them!
Nice, helpful people. I stopped in with a complex request for flags, and sure enough them had them. And I was told whatever they didn’t have they could easily ship in. The products were clean and ready to go, and the service was so good.
