Had a pkg delivered after our recent snowfall. I have a longer (not really long) laneway and although other couriers would not come up the lane to deliver the Tforce driver out of their way to not only come up the driveway but made sure the package was in a dry spot even put it in a clear bag so it did not get wet. Thank you so much, you succeeded where the others failed.

WOW!! These guys really go above and beyond. My package had an incomplete address on (gitch with order) and they made multiple attempts to get a hold of me and re directed the package to the correct address. Even delivering on the weekend when I could be home. Wish every courier went above like these guys do.
I am giving one star but that's too much, I hope you never have to run in to these people, they are rude, they threaten you and bully you, worse company ever.
Honestly one of the worst experiences with a logistics company. Staff are unbelievevably discourteous.
Never one to even spend time writing a review but this has to be the most frustrating \company\ I have ever dealt with.. except I haven't even had the chance to deal with them because when you call you just stay on hold and nobody answers and I have yet to receive any response from my online inquiry. Every delivery Amazon sends through them is extremely late or \lost\. When I look up tracking information on their website it is super vague and the date just keeps changing. On a previous package from amazon that was late, their website indicated that they had tried delivering it even though 3 people had been home all day. Not sure how this company is still going..
