The manager was very accommodating and helpful with my request to help get my husband phone onto my plan. He was always reassuring me that it could be done in a timely matter. I was in and out with my husband’s phone back up working and on my plan. Thank you so much. A very happy customer.

I’ve waited an hour to just get into the store the other day to get a new plan. Once I got in it took 2 freaking hours to get the plan started and guess what?! I already paid and my account doesn’t have that money!!! I’m back again today and no one is here even though they should’ve been open 20 minutes ago. I BET THE STAFF MISTOOK WHAT TIME TELUS OPENS!! Supposed to open at 10 but I’m betting they thought they open at 11. GREAT I’ll be wasting another hour of my life hats never coming back. I already wasted 6 hours yesterday at home and here just to try and figure out what’s wrong.

I just signed up with Telus because my other provider wasnt havent good speeds. Now my internet speed is literally 10 times faster. The Person at the counter and Dave the technician were very helpful. Would recommend.
Had amazing customer service! I was a high maintenance customer and the employee (he was new) did a very good job putting up with my needs. :)
This store has the worst customer service especially the manager.
