We have worked with Lisa and Mike on three separate occasions: two reno's to our Colwood office, and this past year, a complete reno to a half duplex for rental. On all three occasions, Lisa and Mike (we worked mostly with Lisa) did an amazing job of making the most of the spaces, providing helpful and practical suggestions, putting us in touch with professional sub-contractors, and suggesting lovely interior design choices which didn't break the budget. It took us a year to figure out the layout for the half duplex as we worked with three different general contractors until we found the right one. Throughout, Lisa was extremely patient and never complained about going back to the drawing board numerous times. She treated the project no differently than her high end projects, even though it was just a half duplex reno. She even provided the final set of plans, the morning she was set to go on vacation! We give Lisa and Mike the highest rating possible. Whether your project is big or small, a new build or a reno, you will not go wrong by using their services! They truly care. Lisa has done an amazing job in redesigning our house with our tastes in mind. She incorporated our ideas and also came up with better ones, in one case a game changer. She also gave us different price points which was much appreciated, and was always willing to help, and was endlessly patient! She has an amazing amount of knowledge and took our house from old and dumpy to airy, bright and modern Scandinavian. I now love my house and highly recommend Lisa.
