When looking for a realtor, you want someone you can trust and rely upon. We bought out house back in 2015 just as house prices began to increase weekly. After helping us find a house in our desired location, Stan researched houses which had sold in the last four years. He helped us find the best price and deposit to offer which helped us secure our place, even though there were multiple offers. He worked hard on our behalf to secure a house and then helped us find a reputable home inspector and lawyer. Even now, 5 years later he still checks in on us, to see how we are doing. Stan is professional and caring. He offers advice without pressure to buy. I highly recommend him.

Stan assisted helped me get a great home for a great price on a crazy timeline. Met with him after hours on Friday to discuss my families needs and we looked at some options. Next morning we looked at about 12 homes throughout the peninsula, Stan took the time to show me some of the areas we were looking as well as some of the local sites when time allotted. After putting in an offer the same day Stan helped us with suggestions on local services to get our conditions removed within a week. Very professional , help and willing to do more to get the house done. Highly recommend him for any home transaction.
