I ordered some pants that were on sale for 26.97 and they arrived with a sale tag on them for 15.97!! I emailed Sport Chek this info and received zero reply from them. I called their customer service line today and was told that I have to return the pants in store to receive the price difference. We're in the middle of a pandemic. Get it together Sport Chek. Terrible!

Really not impressed with the help in the store in general. I called and got the run-around and was told they dont have product and then go in store and find it on the shelves. Only found 2 employees working on the floor during a saturday even tho the store was busy. I got what I wanted but only because I knew exactly what to ask for.
A very huge location. It is kept very clean and the staff are very friendly.
