Speedy replaced my Range Rover's heated front windshield with one ordered from their suppliers but we found that light was reflecting off the straight white element wire causing night driving to be dangerous , The management was friendly and acknowledged my issue with the glass , after seeing a approaching car with headlights on . They simply ordered a new one from a different supplier and installed it with no troubles and gave me cab vouchers to get to and from their workshop . The newer window uses black wire for the element in a zigzag pattern which allows me to see with no trouble They handle all the ICBC paperwork with no problems . On another note ,, In the past I stopped in and one of their employees helped me with some good advice on my boat windows , and I ended up finding the weatherstripping online .

They found the only back window for my car in Canada and had it shipped in one piece (breakage does happen in transit) from Alberta. Communication was accurate and seamless and installation took a third of the time they estimated it would.
Awesome work. Very friendly staff. Best price in town. I highly recommend them.
Joanne went out of her way to try and save us as much money as possible after discovering our Alberta insurance did not include glass coverage. Installation was quicker than expected and our vehicle returned with clean windows all around. Definitely will recommend and use in the future for any windshield repair needs.
