Scott was late on numerous occasions to his appointments with my mother. She once had to wait over 45 mins for her appointment as there were 2 people in the waiting room waiting to see him as well. Twice now he has given her money to go ‘get a coffee’ while she waits. She does not drive anymore and I did not have my phone on hand, so she had to wait outside for nearly an hour for her appointment. Not only that but the admin staff had questions regarding payments and Scott was unable to help with his own business’ software. This place is being poorly run and managed. My mother and I will not be returning.

Tim Camps was very professional and so kind when I had 3 sessions with him to alleviate a very bad case of vertigo. The office staff were also extremely helpful. Thank you.
