We love our new Phantom Screens. They are sleek and very easy to operate. Jamie and Tony did an excellent installation. The screens look as if they were built in when the house was built.

Jamie M installed our Phantom screen door plus a few window screens and he was excellent. His professionalism, cleanliness and attention to detail was exceptional. Rusco installed windows in our modest addition 2 years ago. Every day we look out of these windows and are still so happy we went with Rusco. Great installation crew, very fussy, good cleanup. Perfect fit. Competitive pricing. Love their extended warranty. Had them come back and replace 2 aluminum windows in the old part of the house - again a great job. Highly experienced company with a long history in Victoria and a dedication to quality work and satisfied customers. Such nice people to work with.
Not very happy with the screens that I had installed at my house. The first set they put in were the wrong size, it took 8 weeks to get those ordered and installed. When I called the complain about the sizing issue they made new screens and somehow had new ones ready withing 4 days. I have recently noticed these are not proper size either, I had to open the screen one day the piece that you put your finger in broke off when I was trying to put it back in, then it was so tight I had to push it from the outside of the house. It was really tight. No I have noticed the screens are really loose, and they aren't proper sizing. I would recommend shopping around before you decide on a place to spend your time and money.
I highly recommend this window company!! We recently had all our window and 1 patio door in our home upgraded to vinyl framed windows by Rusco. From the time we first walked into their showroom we felt very confident that this company knew what it was doing. We got 3 estimates on our job and they fell right in the middle of them with their price. It was the knowledge of their owner Walt Phillips and his experience in this business that made the difference in our decision. When the installation crew arrived at our home it was clear that they shared the same passion as their owner. They were prompt, professional made sure that we were happy with the result of their work and were impeccable in their clean up.We immediately noticed the difference with our new windows especially with how quiet our house is now. I needed to get three screens for my condo and after calling around Rusco had the best deal I could find. The quote was easy and efficient. They came out for measurements, custom made the screens, came back to install. All very easy. Had an issue with one of the screens not fitting well and the installer asked if he could take new measurements and bring me a proper fitting screen next week! Was blown away by the customer service and can't recommend Rusco enough. I have dealt with three different employees and they have all been pleasant and costumer service orientated. Was so satisfied with their services that I am having a screen door installed by them as well.
Five stars for customer service. We are doing a supply-only window order and Neil has spent so much time with us making sure the sizes are exactly right before we order. No other company would help us in this way. They hear supply-only and leave you to fend for yourself, but Neil has been fantastic and he is very knowledgeable.
