This is a review from my boyfriend and I, but him and I went today seemed nice. Got our ice cream then toppings. Up until the paying point, we both got small, and it was like 14. So we asked if we could get just one then the cashier got her manager maybe, and she said "no" so they must've took them and threw them away. I don't know if this happened to anybody else with them throwing them away because you couldn't afford it but I wanna talk to the people above them

Tasty, I recommend vanilla and red velvet!!! To the people who say it tastes bad, its yogurt, not ice cream, i think it just tastes different than what you expected

RANT to Qoola yougurt shop in Hillside Mall, my daughter wanted it for her Birthday lunch so we ventured out with her sister. She said it tasted weird and I took a bite, it was gross. I took it back to the till to share and asked for a exchange for another flavor. 1 lady working there went to do so, then the other lady took over and said no and asked us if we wanted to buy another one because it tastes fine. I said no thank you, put it down and went to rogers to buy her another Ice Cream. Worst customer service I have experienced in a long while. Definitely writing the company next, just wanted to share.

Used to shop here once a week, now they only have adult portions. Not recommended for children's portions.

DON’T GO AND ESPECIALLY DONT BUY THE “AUTHENTIC BRAZILIAN AÇAÍ” the worst Ive ever tried! I am brazilian and I know really well the texture and flavor of Açaí! This place Super expensive almost 12 . Staff was super rude. First she gave me the açaí and it was dripping off the paper bowl. I saw them preparing and it seemed they never did before. Took so long and I saw they adding other berries juice on it. When I tasted it was awful! Not just because it wasn’t açaí at all but the flavor was horrible. I tried to explain and this girl was so rude saying thats the way they make it.

One of the ice cream tastes like not fresh. They just taste it and said, it's taste like it suppose to be and do nothing about it.

Order the Omega Berry Chia smoothie and it was very yummy! The green smoothie was lacking flavour--almost tasted watered down. Staff was friendly. It's interesting though..the "vegan" smoothie I was told by the staff that the protein powder contains dairy. SPC you get a 10% discount on Yogurt.
