Honestly I wish I could give negative stars! Working with Pro Pacific DKI was THE WORST experience I have ever had as a home owner. They were rude, unprofessional (took months to respond to emails, had to send person after person to my house because they had forgotten to do something), made contradicting recommendations, made multiple mistakes, charged me for work that was not completed, the list goes on and on. I would strongly urge you to avoid Pro Pacific DKI at all costs!
Russ Eison came over and gave me an estimate. I said I would like to go ahead with the job. He said he would have to check the schedule and call me back. He never called me back. I called 5 business days later and the operator told me she would page him immediately. It is now 3 days later and he never called. This is a CONTEMPTIBLE way to treat people. If you didn't want the job at least tell me so I can try to find someone else. Don't leave me hanging.
My truck was stolen and recovered. It had been stolen by a drug user and there were used needles, crack pipes, phentanol and other drug paraphernalia in it. It was a toxic site. ICBC called RS Restoration Services to do a 'bio-clean'. When I picked my truck up it was still filthy and stank like a crack house. They didn't clean it. The seats and trays (were the needles were) were still filthy. I can't have my kids in the truck. This is a terrible service and now I have to pay someone else to clean and sterilize it.
