HR and management are really bad about confidentially. I'm happy that these types of places exist but management's carelessness around people's information is not OK.

This is the smallest home I have ever lived in and getting home once I enter the building can be an epic adventure,or a humble walk down some long hallways. But when enter this tiny space I call it home OK and I'm grateful for this space and the rent,under400/mo. Has allowed me to pay down near all debt, living a near normal existence my kyack is at canoe club marina and I paddle from portage inlet to inner and esquimalt harbors better than 3 weekly has bettered my health and cut my smoking in half, work for kitchen has been a great experience for me .....t.b.c

I believe these places are needed to help those that want help though most here really don’t want the help at all. This housing is in the wrong location that is ruining our beautiful downtown core of our city. There is open drug use here which you can see and there is crime in the whole area around this area which is causing businesses to shut down as customers fear coming to this area. Just walking by you can smell the awful smell coming from the building. Stay away unless you want your stuff stolen you want to get hurt or assaulted. The drugs are sold openly here really thats all this place is about. How the city of Victoria allows our beautiful city to be taken over is completely beyond words. The sad part is this not helping our homeless issue it is enabling far worse issues in downtown Victoria that NO politicians want to deal with. We need to as a city start voting for things to change before it is to late. It’s always someone else’s problem. Police say just avoid the area. Why do we as every day people that work and pay taxes and support the Victoria economy have to stay away??? Is it our city or the homeless city.? We better soon decide before everything that downtown Victoria is and the beauty it has is completely gone.
