Astonishingly fantastic customer service, and car preparation and delivery. Tyson Johnson was excellent to deal with providing amazing customer care and attention to detail. Every person at Porsche Centre Victoria has shown over and over, that we the customers come first and provided outstanding attention to getting everything perfect. Then there’s the car, a new to me 2014 981 Cayman, prepped impeccably for delivery, with superb attention to fixing minor issues after delivery, to bring the car to a perfect state. The entire experience has been extremely positive in every way.

I cannot say enough good things about the people at Porsche Victoria! From the first contact with Wes, after inquiring online about a Boxster on their Victoria lot, I felt very comfortable and felt no pressure to make any decisions. After a trip over on the ferry to meet Wes in person, I was immediately set at ease and knew I was working with the right guy. Wes is an absolute pleasure to meet and made the entire process of me buying my dream car a reality. Also a big thank you to Adam who helped guide me thru the warranty/paperwork so that my baby will be more than adequately cared for after driving it off the lot. Thank you to Evan as well for picking me up at the ferry and walking me thru all the controls in my new car.
