I had an excellent experience with Igor and Pop-A-Lock in Victoria - he was very professional, efficient and friendly! With a teenager in the house, I have to keep my liquor and other essentials under lock and key, so a simple privacy lock won't do, but unfortunately for me I locked my key inside my room when I left for work one morning - oops! I texted the cell # on the Pop-A-Lock website when I got home around 5:30pm and Igor was fairly quick to call me back and was at my home within 30 minutes. Yes it was fairly pricey, but it had to be done. The only way to get in was the drill the lock, so while my bf was feeling like less of a man because he couldn't pick it, Igor made him feel much better when he said it wasn't actually possibly with that type of lock. He was in and out within 10 minutes and I was able to sleep in my bed that night :) I highly recommend Igor and his locksmith services!

Igor came out after hours for an emergency repair on our front door handle that had us locked inside our apartment. Despite some confusion with our building management upon his arrival, he remained courteous and professional and ensured the repair was done completely and correctly, rather than only half done like our management tried to do. Excellent service, thank you!

Needed a new fob programed and a key cut. Igor worked around my schedule . Took less than 10 minutes and everything worked as new. I would highly recommend him to anyone who needs the help of a locksmith.

Trust Google ratings. So Igor came by today to install my Telus smart lock on my door as part of the Telus security bundle. My old door needed some modifications that the Telus tech didn't have the tools for. Called Pop a Lock, Igor took my info about the lock and door and said he'd be here next day. True to his word, he was here on time, in PPE, and set to work. Not long after, he was done, his work area tidy, and gave me a tutorial on the new lock. Price was well below my expectations and now have a locksmith in my phone's contacts! Thank you Igor, stay safe! Btw, the Telus security system is fantastic as well. We had a flood last month that the moisture sensor detected in the middle of the night. If I hadn't had it, the damage would have been so much worse.
