Staffs are accommodating and nice! Once you come in the restaurant they will give you a table right quick. There are times the restaurant is at its peak hours like lunch time and it can be full and overcrowded so you have to wait outside not long enough. But other than that, Their food is good!!

This is a no-nonsense, well-priced Vietnamese restaurant with pretty great food. The place is a little old, but the service is fast and the food is pretty great. I enjoyed some meat-filled crunchy spring rolls and a large bowl of spicy noodle soup with meat. Everything was just right.
Clean, and good portions. The broth was missing depth but if you want a quick bowl of pho while downtown, I would reccomend this place!
After eating here a couple times. I noticed the broth changes, maybe different chefs and recipes.... But overall. Not bad. That one time.... AMAZING
Always one of my local favourites! Thank you Pho Vy!! I have yet to try your new location in Langford! Gotta try that sometime soon! Love you guys!
