Hoeger Ward

Our first visit was a couple of years ago and we loved it. We still loved it this time! Great organization for Covid and great ambience. The beer selection is great as always and the service was friendly. Definitely one if the best tasting rooms on the Island. I highly recommended this place.

Really outstanding tasting room. They have a store for those interested in buying hats, t-shirts, glasses etc, a dedicated area for those wanting to quickly fill up their growlers and a pretty big tasting room, with 16 beers on tap. The staff is taking all precautions to keep the area safe for everyone and, during my stay, whenever people from a table left, I saw they thoroughly cleaning up the tables, seats, plexiglass and anything customers may have touched. The beer was great, as always.

If you enjoy craft beer and don't make this place a regular stop, you are missing out. Great beer always and for a change of pace have a gin. You won't be disappointed.

Phillips is the bomb!!!! We have been obsessed with their beers in Alberta and coming to the tasting room in Victoria has been a bucket list item for my husband and I and it did not disappoint at all! Everything they brew is top notch and full of exciting and fun flavours. My all time favourite I had there was the dinosour! The merchandise was also great and we picked up lots of cool things :)

Just did a sampling of all of their Soda Works pop. Quite good and worth trying out. Their beer is also worth tasting and I especially enjoy the local and eclectic vibe.
