Duncan was very responsive in a timely manner. He did his research up front and arrived exactly on time. He was very thorough, answered questions and explained everything.He was also very respectful of my tenant's needs and flexible in how he approached his inspection due to those needs.His report arrived in less than 24 hours with pictures and all concerns noted. Duncan was a pleasure to deal with, gave helpful advice and I would highly recommend him. He also has great list of contractors if work needs doing.

Duncan is a pro. He knows what he is doing in terms of inspections. But, he's also a good communicator about technical subjects that most people don't know a lot about.
